Cattie - Jewels

In accordance to stones and their virtues...

Amber - Actually petrified tree sap; in Greek Mythology, thought to be the tears of Phaeton's sisters as they were struck by Zeus' lightning bolt.

Amethyst - Cheerfulness. Also guards against the intoxication of love.

Coral - Steadfastness, practicality, pragmatism.

Smoky Quartz - Beneficence

Peridot - Generosity

Ruby - Praise. A trio of rubies is thought to be the most powerful; a declaration of love.

Emerald - Clear vision

Sapphire - Responsibility, devotion, bravery; sapphires were said to have adorned the Gates of Eden, and when Man fell from grace, the Gates exploded, and the Sapphires of Eden were scattered to the winds.

Pearl - Purity, nobility.

Opal - Encompasses four colors, and thus four main virtues - ruby, emerald, amethyst, sapphire (praise, clear vision, cheerfulness, responsibility).

Garnet - Graciousness

Tiger Eye - Purpose

Diamond - Chastity, devotion, bravery.

Lapis Lazuli - Devotion and bravery (which are also present in the sapphire, but less potent in the lapis lazuli); Said to be the stone of the ancients, "the Heaven stone".

Mother-of-Pearl - Vengeance and fortitude
