Sarah's sickness beckons

I was sick yesterday and missed a huge History test. At least that gave me some extra time to study. While sick, I worked on my "masterpiece", which took me five hours. It's fairly decent I suppose.

I have some sort of English assignment due today which I have not completed upon my absence, so I guess I'll have to work on it today after school. It's 6:22 am now and we are about to leave.

American Idol results tonight! Kris was great. Voted only 10 times or something though. I was too tired. Played Rock Band with my brother until I was unbearably tired.

OMG; I am so excited! I will be purchasing a Kris Allen t-shirt from Cafe Press. I love Cafe Press. I bought a shirt there last year for $2 shipping and it came within five days. It was awesome. I can't wait to buy it.

I saw this one that made me laugh. Really hard. But you have to be freaking obsessed with him (such as myself) to understand the humour of it. GOSH, I don't know which one I want! They are all so awesome. I have to earn it, unfortunately. Haha. What should I do...? I have to clean stuff. But whatever, it'll be worth it haha.

Gosh, I have a History test tomorrow. It's a double chapter, so I need to study hard. Luckily, it's sort of a well-known topic -- World War II, Hitler, all that jazz. :)

Need to elaborate. My fingers are shaking because I'm so mad. Literally shaking. A lot. Stupid. mother. left my credit card. at home. Do you know how much she gave me to spend to the mall?! $23. Twenty-three dollars. Twenty-fo-fuckin'-dollars! Do you know what the fuck you can buy with 23 fucking dollars?! Plus my friend had to buy lunch. That's so discourteous on my part. Sure, I could buy that silk blouse I saw, but there was this red beanie thing at Aldo and this creme scarf in Gap that I was going to buy. Stupid fucking madre. Why the hell would you go shopping with only $23? WHY WOULD YOU GO ANYWHERE WITH $23? WHY DOES THE NUMBER 23 EXIST? THE NUMBER 23 SHOULD BE ERADICATED. NAOOOOOOWWW! Holy shit monkeys, what a piss-off. I'll prolly go buy the beanie and the scarf tomorrow after school but helllo, what's the point of LIVING if you have $23 to spend? Sarah is getting organized

Probably going to Long's today to buy some stuff for my binder, as I said earlier. Sadly, this excites me. I will work on my masterpiece today!

I also need to work on catching up on homework stuff. If I get that stuff turned in, my mom will sign me up for summer acting classes, which is extra exciting, since graduates from this program have been in movies filmed here such as 50 First Dates and Pearl Harbour. It's well worth the $600 price, I would think. Plus, if by midterms I have straight C's or higher, I will get my new MacBook! (Which I just found out that Kris has...the same one. :D) *intensely stares at for a while*

AHEM. Sorry. Anyhoo, that should get me going this quarter. I can't wait to draw! Because of my previous ailment yesterday...I was unable to draw. But now I can start my masterpiece! There's no guarantee it will even come close to how awesome Catherine's is...but I'll try. I just want to draw!

Sarah burnt her hand

Today seemed like a good day. I started it by reading Kris Allen stuff (mainly gossip about he and Adam "Glambert" Lambert having a feud) and looking at pictures. I decided to make some chicken flavoured Ramen. I boiled water and stirred in the pasta. Then I poured it in a bowl. There was way too much water so I began pouring out the excess water into the sink. Suddenly, the boiling hot water spilled all over my hands, causing me to throw the bowl and the Ramen went down the sink. I made more, but my hand is still very red and stings horridly. And I was going to start my masterpiece! I had the PrismaColour pencils out and stuff... man.... it hurts like a bitch though. Even the medicine isn't working. Hopefully the pain will go away soon. My Kris doll is comforting me...

I'm watching Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends now. It's an awesome show. I haven't watched it in quite a while. I missed it. I also forgot how funny it was haha. Oh, goodness, a commercial for 6teen. I used to love that show when it was on Nickelodeon. Now it's on Cartoon Network, haha.

This weekend I am going to buy more stuff to help organize my binder. We officially finished my locker cleaning! (a.k.a. found...Obama. :D) Yeah, that was nice. I feel better about that.

I just played the Sims, which was very tiring. Now I'm watching some strange show called Total Drama Island. What am I watching this? It is rather strange. Oh well. I want to take a nap.

Damn cicada. Or cricket. Or whatever it is that's chirping outside my 30th story lanai. 30 stories! What kind of insect chirps incessantly 30 stories above ground level when it's cold as balls?! It's going to drive me insane. Not cool x)

First blog! I'm so excited ^__^' It's Cattie, otherwise known as Cat, Kitty, Catherine, co-owner of Neon Bliss with my girl Sarah. Who are we mysterious bloggers? We are ranters, ravers, defenders of truth and justice!

Pft, I can't believe they delayed the showing of last Mondays' "House" to this coming Monday :K When will I know why Kutner committed suicide?! It's killing me! Sorry if I just spoiled it for everyone x]

We're doing a poetry section in our English class. While I don't particularly like poetry, people say I have a way with words, so I just pull random crap and make it sound eloquent.

"The swishing skirts of a fairytale gown
bright amber and ebony, dancing bliss;
dark night twirls away in the sleepless town
fast falling into the dreaming abyss.
Awaken fair strangers, from the dance floor
or be prison to dance evermore."

Hehe ^_^ We had to write an Italian sonnet and I was responsible for writing the last stanza + couplet. I could tell you what it meant, but the meaning is found in the journey, you know? ^_^ Cue Yoda saying something wise. I tried to write in the Shakesphearan train. Gossamer lies, gold-spun deceit, a dream that was an illusion. Think!

Sarah: American Idol: Top 7 Results

The Top 7 results are on tonight for American Idol. Living in Hawaii, we are one of the last to see the results on television, making the secretive of it difficult, since the spoilers are all over the internet immediately after it is shown live. I try to avoid any site that will spoil the results for me so that I can see them myself at night time. Do you watch American Idol? Yes, I realize what a stupid show it is, but I can't help it. Once you watch Hollywood Week, you're sort of hooked. Due to my sudden obsession of the show, I am totally into it, voting for the full two hours each Tuesday. Not to burst any one's bubble, but I'm no Adam Lambert fan. Yes, I am hated enough at school for saying this, but it's true. I'm more of a Kris Allen type of girl. Go Kris! :)

Anyways, I will be posting each Tuesday while watching with my reviews of the performances. I am brutally honest, even if my favourite doesn't do well, I will tell my truthful opinion about it all. Trust me on that one. Anyways, so the results are in one hour and I'm stoked, considering Kris did so well last night...and I voted so many times. I also know that David Archuleta will be performing so that's even cooler. I love the group songs and Ford music videos, even though they waste time.

My God, if I have to see this mini sirloin burger commercial one more time, I'm going to kill somebody. Seriously, this is so annoying, not to mention insulting.

Neon Bliss

Okay, so Cattie and I have started our first collaborative blog together. Should be pretty awesome working together on a blog. If you are confused as to who is posting what each day, then we will sign each post with our name at the end or something of the sort. We still need to figure out how this whole blogging thing works, and the layout is still a work in progress. But I am certain we will figure it all out eventually.

So this blog will most likely be ranting about our day; the bad things, the funny things, the maddening things, etc. You will most likely read raves about our current obsessions, but we won't get too personal...hopefully. Uhm, so yeah.
